Background
Why we created RespectPlay
Referees and umpires are essential to sport, but many receive little meaningful feedback or support. When concerns are raised, they are often delivered through informal complaints, unmoderated messages or inconsistent processes.
RespectPlay was created to provide a better system: one where people can be heard, officials are protected from abuse and associations receive useful information they can act on.
RespectPlay supports structured feedback, AI-assisted moderation, association review, official development and two-way accountability between officials and clubs.
